Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
· Be unused and unworn
· Be in its original condition
· Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories
· Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
Wig Return Requirements
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, wigs are only eligible for return if:
· The lace has not been cut or altered
· The wig has not been worn beyond trying on
· The hair net and original packaging remain intact
· The wig has not been washed, dyed, bleached, permed, styled, or modified in any way
· The wig is free from odors, makeup, perfume, hair products, or other signs of use
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, styling, washing, alteration, damage, or any condition that prevents the item from being resold as new.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
· Customized or personalized products
· Clearance items
· Gift cards
· Used, altered, washed, dyed, or damaged wigs
· Hair care products, accessories, and beauty items that have been opened or used
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at:

Please include:
· Your order number
· The item(s) you wish to return
· The reason for the return
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
· The item arrived damaged
· The item is defective
· We shipped the wrong item
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at mossluya@gmail.com.
Please provide:
· Your order number
· Photos of the item and packaging
· A brief description of the issue
We will review the case and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund if applicable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. The item must meet the same eligibility criteria as outlined in the Return Process.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
· Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
· Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
· Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Refused Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
If a package is refused by the customer or returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the original shipping charges and any return shipping fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the package cannot be returned to us by the carrier, no refund will be issued.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
