4. Lost or Delayed Packages

NUVAE is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
6. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused, not accepted, or not claimed and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees, customs charges, and handling costs.
These costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
7. Title & Risk of Loss
Once an order is handed over to the carrier for shipment, risk of loss and title transfer to the customer.
However, NUVAE will continue to assist customers with tracking and delivery issues where possible.
8. Force Majeure
NUVAE shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, customs restrictions, transportation disruptions, or system failures.
