SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Estimated Delivery Times
United States: 7–15 business days
Canada: 8–18 business days
United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
Australia: 8–18 business days
Europe: 8–20 business days
Other destinations: 10–25 business days

These timeframes are estimates and begin after your order has been processed. Carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking may take 2–5 business days to update after dispatch.

Incorrect Addresses
Please review your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact support@bmouwigs.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact support@bmouwigs.com with your order number. We will help investigate with the carrier.

Customs and Import Charges
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges required by their destination country.
